Nagaraj Pasula brings a unique combination of corporate professionalism, sales leadership, and real estate expertise to Sahi Title.

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, he began his career with renowned organizations including Eureka Forbes, Suzuki, and ING Life, where he gained extensive experience in customer relations, business operations, sales management, and building long-term client trust.

Transitioning into the real estate sector, Nagaraj played a key role in several large-scale residential and plotted development projects. He successfully led sales efforts for 368 residential flats at Shweta Developers , Hyderabad and worked with Indis Group and other reputed plotted development ventures, gaining deep insight into property transactions, documentation, customer requirements, and market dynamics.

Over the years, his cross-industry experience has shaped a reputation built on integrity, transparency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Having witnessed the challenges buyers face in verifying property ownership, legal compliance, and transaction risks, he founded Sahi Title with a clear purpose: to bring greater trust, clarity, and accountability to real estate transactions.
